Kangs Džaekjungs (Hjuns Bins) ir tipisks bagātnieku dēliņš. Viņš ir iedomīgs, braukā ar dārgu sporta auto un izšķērdīgi izklaidējas...

Kad tuvojas viņa astoņpadsmitā dzimšanas diena, viņš būs tiesīgs iegūt vectēva milzīgo mantojumu. Tomēr vectēvs ir izvirzījis vienu nosacījumu. Puikam ir sekmīgi jāpabeidz Gangvondo skola.

Kamēr Kangs to nav pabeidzis, viņam ir liegta piekļuve ģimenes finansiālajiem līdzekļiem. Puisim nekas neatliek, kā doties uz šo skolu, mācīties un sekmīgi absolvēt.

Skola izrādās atrodas mazā pilsētiņā, kurā ritējums ir pavisam citāds, kā Kanga pierastā ikdiena pilsētā...

Drīz vien puisis iepazīstas ar astoņpadsmit gadīgo Čoi Eunvan (Lī Jeonhē).

Dažādas sakritības un apstākļi liek šiem jauniešiem krustot savus ikdienas ceļus, kas padara tos tuvus viens otram, tomēr drīz vien atklājas lietas, kas pavisam izmaina šo cilvēku dzīves.
