Kad pie viņa ierodas mazs zēns pēc palīdzības, tad L saprot ka viņš ir saskāries ar visarežģītāko lietu - jāapstādina traka zinātnieka grupa kura grib inficēt visu pasauli ar letālu vīrusu.

Pats personāžs L ir interesnats, turklāt Kenichi Matsuyama ir, manuprāt, atbilstošais šai lomai.
Filma patika, taču diezgan trilleriskais sižets mazliet nomāca.
